TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A prosecutor is scheduled to take a trip to Singapore to investigate sources of the huge overseas funds deposited by the former first family with the assistance of Singapore legal authorities.
Ching Chi-jen, a chief prosecutor on the special criminal investigation task force under the Supreme Prosecutor Office, will fly to Singapore to take part in the 13th Annual Conference of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) Aug. 27-31.
