LEADING global port operator PSA of Singapore would offer no comment on market rumours that it wants to buy three berths at Pusan New Port when they are completed in May 2009, writes Mike Grinter.
But sources say that the operator has submitted a request to South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs.
