Hong Kong, Singapore pull out of co-hosting 2019 Rugby World Cup

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Hong Kong and Singapore will not host any of the matches at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, Japan Rugby Football Union President Yoshiro Mori said on Tuesday.
Following an inspection tour by International Rugby Board Chairman Bernard Lapasset, Mori said both Hong Kong and Singapore have informed the JRFU that they want no part in co-hosting Asia's first Rugby World Cup with Japan. Full story
