Singapore's Health Promotion Board (HPB) has announced the launch of a health app that aims to encourage people to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
The free app, tailored particularly for Singaporeans, has been named the Interactive Diet & Activity Tracker or iDAT. Taking the Asian body types and working lifestyle in Singapore into account, the new app allows users to gauge their calories and manage their health. Full story
