ROME -- Singaporean helmer Eric Khoo will head the jury of the 63rd Locarno Film Festival, the first edition of the Swiss fest under new artistic director Olivier Pere.Khoo, a hot Asian auteur since the mid-1990s thanks to pluriprized works including "Me Pok Man" and "12 Storeys," will serve as president of the Locarno competition jury in a departure from previous rules under which the jury prexy was decided by the Locarno jury itself on the fest's first day.
