SINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority Monday said it has received a S$350 million bid commitment from a developer for a land parcel in the Jurong Lake District, which has triggered a public tender for the site.The land parcel is 70 hectares in size and has been earmarked as a major regional center in western Singapore for commercial development.
