Singapore's non-oil exports fell more than expected in Jan 2014

SINGAPORE--Singapore's nonoil exports fell more than expected in January because of fewer shipments of electronic goods.
Exports of goods made in Singapore fell 3.3% in January compared with a year earlier after rising 6.0% in December, trade promotion agency International Enterprise Singapore said Monday.
Electronics exports declined 17.0% after falling 3.1% in December while nonelectronics shipments grew 3.5% compared with a 10.6% rise the previous month. Pharmaceutical exports fell 9.4% after falling 18.7% in December. Full story
