Indonesia’s rich continue to show strong demand for high-end properties in Singapore as a form of investment, a property management firm based in the city-state said on Monday.
Thomas Yan, director for residential marketing at Raffles Quay Asset Management, said Indonesians accounted for a large chunk of units of the Marina Bay Suites sold to foreigners.
Tan said that 70 percent of the total 221 units had been sold, half of which were to foreigners. Indonesians accounted for 30 percent of the foreign buyers. Full story
