In a statement released this morning, the AFP said it will be alleged in court that the men imported approximately 10kg of pseudoephedrine into Australia in March 2010, and were assisted by an Australian Customs and Border Protection officer based at Sydney airport.
On Saturday, authorities swooped on a courier accused of importing drugs with the alleged help of Sydney Airport Customs officers amid fresh revelations that some of the drug mules involved in the scandal risked the death penalty by moving drugs through Singapore. Full story
