OPINION: Heng Swee Keat avoids answering racially sensitive question on SAP

Politicians are politicians are politicians. When they answer a tough question, you can be sure that they never really answered the question. They only look as if they answered. In reality, they never did answer.
Question - Are SAP schools contrary to the country's efforts to build an inclusive society?.
Heng - SAP schools remain important in Singapore's education landscape.
My comment - So are they contrary or not? That's still not answered!
