Singapore's 3 major telcos to offer iPhone 5 from Sept. 21

SINGAPORE, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- SingTel, StarHub and M1, the three major telecommunications operators in Singapore announced Thursday that they will offer the newly unveiled iPhone 5 from Sept. 21, among the nine markets which will firstly have this device on sale.
The three operators will offer the phone at a suggested retail price of 948 Singapore dollars (771.4 U.S. dollars) for the 16GB model, 1,088 Singapore dollars (885.3 U.S. dollars) for the 32GB model and 1,238 Singapore dollars (1,007.3 U.S. dollars) for the 64GB model, while each telco's details of the price plan for this device contract will be soon released.
