Singapore companies to reveal executive pay

Listed companies operating in Singapore could be forced to reveal the wages of their chief executives and individual board members under new proposals.
Detailed as part of 14 touted changes to boost the country's corporate governance code, the move would see companies having to fully disclose the remuneration of each individual director and chief executive "on a named basis".
In addition, listed companies will have to reveal the aggregate amount paid out to its other five key management personnel, the Monetary Authority of Singapore has proposed. Full story
