MELBOURNE -(Dow Jones)- Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd. (J7X.SG) expects all Australian flights but one to operate as scheduled Wednesday after service was disrupted by the ash cloud from a Chilean volcano.
The airline, which is 33%-owned by Singapore Airlines Ltd. (C6L.SG), said in an emailed statement it cancelled 16 flights Tuesday. It said it was confident it would resume operations the next day, subject to a final risk assessment, other than its evening flight to Hobart from Melbourne. Full story
