Singapore - A fire at a Singapore Power substation injured four workers Wednesday and drove hundreds of office workers from nearby buildings. Witnesses said they heard a loud explosion, followed by billowing black smoke. A worker said she saw a "ball of fire" from her window.
SP PowerGrid said the fire took place at the substation on Somerset Road.
