DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attended at Emirates Towers here yesterday the launch of the Dubai Government Investment Foundation.Former Singaporean prime minister Lee Kuan Yew and seven semi-government companies in Dubai were honoured for contribution in realisation of the added value to the investments in Dubai.
