Yahoo! Singapore News, 29 Sep 2011Reports showed that those affected by the overcharging last year have only claimed less than half of their refunds.
That amounts up to S$138,281, out of a total of S$316,006 owed to passengers, .... The overcharging was revealed after the Public Transport Council implemented a new distance-based fare system last July. Full story
