Wikeleaks: Singapore proposed to the United States for mutual support on ANC candidature.

The Ministry has the further honour to propose an exchange of mutual support whereby Singapore would support the United States of America's ANC candidature in 2007 in exchange for United States of America's support of Singapore's ANC candidature at the same election. If the Government of the United States of America agrees to the above-mentioned proposal, a written indication would be highly appreciated. Full story
