ocus Taiwan News Channel, 6 Jun 2011Former Singaporean Foreign Minister George Yeo left Singapore for Taiwan Monday for a private visit, during which he will visit the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, Taiwan's largest charity.
During his trip, Yeo will visit the Hualien-based charity to offer his gratitude and thanks in person to the Tzu Chi Stem Cell Center for saving the life of his son, a leukemia patient, by giving him a bone marrow transplant, Yeo said on his Facebook page before leaving Singapore Full story
