Singaporean climber dead after Mt Aspiring fall

A 21-year-old Singaporean climber, on a visit from Melbourne, has died after falling 800m from the south-west ridge of Mt Aspiring near Wanaka, this morning.
Wanaka police were alerted at 6.50am today after a report a climber had fallen on the mountain. Full story
