More Than 80% Singapore’s In-Patients Opted out of HIV Screening Last Year

On Saturday, speaking at 7th Singapore Aids Conference Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan stated that there were still many people in Singapore who were not getting themselves checked for HIV, which could be cited from the fact than in 2009, around 80% of the in-patients at public hospitals opted out of the screening test.
