An alleged $12.47 million ($A9.70 million) fraud at the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has prompted the Singaporean Auditor-General to pay greater attention to the procurement of IT services.The Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) will help draw up the scope of an audit for procurement while the Ministry of Finance (MOF) will encourage the rotation of officers with procurement responsibilities.
