SINGAPORE: Malaysia has agreed to accept Singapore’s land swap offer by exchanging KTM Berhad land on the island, but both countries have decided to refer to the Permanent Court of Arbitration on whether development charges should be imposed on the original land.
Speaking after their meeting to move forward the Points of Agreement (POA), Lee said the countries’ agreement to refer the matter to the PCA was done in the spirit of friendliness.
