KL studies high-speed Singapore rail link

Malaysia’s government is studying the viability of a high-speed rail system to connect greater Kuala Lumpur to Singapore with a traveling time of two hours, according to an exhibition in the capital.
The study will be led by the Land Public Transport Commission and the Economic Planning Unit, which will present the results to Malaysia’s cabinet in early January, the display shows. Full story
