BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- China UnionPay Co. Ltd. (CUP), a Chinese bankcard services provider, announced Wednesday it has signed a memorandum with Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to further facilitate CUP bankcard services in the city-state.
