Minister Khaw Boon Wan said Singapore has achieved good outcomes while keeping health care expenditures at less than 4% of GDP.It can deliver good, affordable episodic care of acute conditions, but has not yet been able to consistently integrate care for those with multiple or complex chronic conditions.
