Newly developed DBS Group Holdings Chairman, Peter Seah is reported to have added fuel to the long-existing debate concerning the use of foreign talent for top posts at leading Singapore firms.In his first interview as Chairman, Mr. Seah was quoted as saying that opting between a Singaporean and a foreigner for the job of Chief Executive, where both possess the same qualifications; the job should be in a local’s hand.
