In taking Tamil to the net-savvy next generation, governments, societies and netizens share their experiences and expertise, S. Iswaran, Senior Minister of State, Trade and Industry and Education, Singapore, said here on Thursday.It is necessary to do so because the next generation is likely to use the web more for its day-to-day needs, and to promote Tamil a lot of innovation is needed, he said, inaugurating the plenary session of the Ninth World Tamil Internet Conference held concurrently with the World Classical Tamil Conference.
