Singapore is kicking off a nationwide trial of 3D TV across a multitude of platforms this week, including cable and IPTV with a number of major players, including MediaCorp, Starhub and SingTel, Panasonic, Ross Video, and Evertz taking part.If the tests go well, they may be expanded to include consumers.
The government also plans to launch and fund an initiative that will help develop 3D content to bring a wider choice of content to market. Full Story
