Employers in Singapore 'must adapt to older workforce'

Singaporean companies need to work to make the most of their "silver mine" of older employees, a publication has claimed.
The Human Resources Magazine Asia noted that businesses are having to take on more people in later life because a declining birth rate means there are fewer young workers entering employment.
