SINGAPORE, April 28 (Xinhua) -- Singapore has launched a new national plan for workplace safety and health, local media reported on Tuesday.
According to local radio 938live, the plan's target is to bring the workplace fatality rate to below 1.8 deaths per 100,000 workers by the year 2018.
