Israel Corp. (TASE: ILCO) subsidiary Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. has lost a tender to acquire 49% of ABG Kolkata Container Terminal, a unit of ABG Infralogistics Ltd. (BSE: 520155), located in Calcutta.
"The Economic Times of India" reports that the Port of Singapore Authority pte Ltd. (PSA) won the tender, beating Zim and Geneva-based Mediterranean Shipping Company. PSA also acquired the ABG Kandla Container Terminal. >>>> More
