THE domestic air fares war hit new heights last night with Jetstar offering one cent fares to people prepared to travel with carry-on baggage only and Tiger Airways countering with $9.95 fares from Melbourne to the Gold Coast.
Last night, new budget airline Tiger Airways released 100,000 fares from $9.95, inclusive of taxes, charges and baggage, on flights from Melbourne to its interstate destinations.
