Stomper Carol, who was the latest person to send Stomp a report about individuals pumping out contents from grease traps in Singapore, told Stomp in an email on Mar 4:
"Yesterday, my friend went for breakfast at a coffeeshop at Toa Payoh Lorong 4 (the one opposite the Catholic Church, near the library), and he saw two men pumping out something from the sewer.
"He approached them and asked them what they were doing, and if they had a licence from any department or company.
One of the men left the scene, and Carol's friend tried to prevent the other man from leaving until the police arrived, but he threatened to beat her friend. Full story
