A conversation that never even have started from Day 1. This Singapore Conversation is part of an ongoing Government initiative to encourage its citizens to give feedback so they could improve on their present and for future policies before they decide to implement them.
Quite frankly, I am upset because the Government has turned a deaf ear to us. Let me explain why. I was a participant for the Singapore Conversation since February 2013 (left in June 2013 because no one’s really listening) and I attended a few of their dialogue sessions. The style they adopted was using a focus-group discussion as a form of communication tool to enable them to hear our perspectives. Full story
