The 6.9 mil white paper and MDA internet regulations were passed with little debate and quickly shoved own our throats. OK so the white paper was "Debated" in parliament but what is the use when the party whip was never lifted. The MDA regulations didn't even get a single mention in parliament or to the public before the changes came into effect.
They just passed them and asked a few lackeys to comment positively here and there.
BUT when providing utilities subsidies due to the haze and hot weather. They must debate and think twice. Full story
