STOMPer rilekbradder said that this group of Certis CISCO officers challenged security guards to take their photos and report them after they were told not to smoke outside the 2HR building along Havelock Road.

"Seen here is a group of Certis CISCO staff, hanging around the compound of 2HR at Havelock Road.
"Even after multiple reminders by the building Security Officer, they still sat along the walkway of 2HR and not only that, they smoked and dirtied the area.
