The review of the controversial sale of town council management software to PAP-owned company Action Information Management Pte Ltd (AIM) has already been extended once to the end of April 2013.
Now, the Ministry of National Development (MND), who is doing the review, said the review is still proceeding and that “the team expects to complete the review soon”.
However, it did not say when it will complete the review. Today, of course, is already 1st May – May Day. Full story
