Teenage double-amputee Nitcharee Peneakchanasak will appear in a Singaporean court today to seek damages from Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) and the country's Land Transport Authority (LTA).
She and her family claim the SMRT and LTA are responsible for the loss of her legs in a train accident.
Nitcharee, better known as Nong Than, fell on to the SMRT tracks while waiting for a train in April last year. Full story
