Ng Eng Hen: There are unexplained questions to why CPL Muhammad Fahrurrazi had drowned

A Committee of Inquiry (COI) will be investigating how a full-time national serviceman (NSF) drowned to death during training in Brunei, Channel NewsAsia reported.
Minister of Defence Ng Eng Hen, who said that there are some unexplained questions, pointed out that the training exercise in Brunei is not something new and that previous Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) soldiers have gone through it.
Corporal (CPL) Muhammad Fahrurrazi Salim, 20, went missing on Sunday while navigating a boat alone as part of a four-boat convoy. Full story
