Former UBS executive Juerg Buergin to contest sex charges

Swiss national Juerg Buergin, 40, who is suspected of having sex with an underaged prostitute, has pleaded not guilty to his charges and will go to trial.
The former executive director at UBS Investment Bank allegedly paid the girl for sex on 29 September 2010 at Shangri-La Hotel, and on 3 January 2011 at Mandarin Hotel, Channel NewsAsia reported. He faces two charges of sex with a minor.
Buergin, who is now jobless, is out on a S$15,000 bail. His lawyer, Mr Selva K. Naidu, said that a trial date will likely be known on 7 August. Full story
