WASHINGTON A portion of the $5 million given by Libya for clandestine purchase of secret nuclear technology from Pakistan was transferred to India and Singapore, claims a secret ISI report circulated among western intelligence agencies.
“The Libyans gave Farooq/Tahir $5 million, some of which they gave to (one) Dr Niazi, some they transferred to India and Singapore and some was put in the account of the fictitious Haider Zaman,” says the ISI report. Full story
