Tiger Airways relaunch hit with delay

The Sydney Morning Herald, 1 Aug 2011
The ban on Tiger Airways flying in Australia will remain until at least Wednesday after the air-safety regulator sought more time to assess the budget airline's response to conditions placed on its air operator's certificate.
CASA is still assessing Tiger's response to conditions it has placed on its air operator's certificate (AOC). The air-safety regulator will not be in a position to decide whether to lift the suspension until it is satisfied that Tiger will meet those conditions placed on its AOC. Full story
