Peter Lim, who according to the Forbes rich list is Singapore's eighth-richest man, is buying a minority shareholding in the McLaren Group, I'm told.
It's not clear tonight exactly how large a stake Lim is buying in McLaren although the deal is likely to value the company at hundreds of millions of pounds.
I'm not clear whether Lim, who is estimated to be worth $1.6bn, will have a seat on the McLaren board, although it wouldn't be surprising if he does. Full story
