S'pore commando trainee hospitalised for heat injury while undergoing jungle training in Brunei

Private Ho Sze Zheng, 21, a full-time national serviceman (NSF) from the Singapore Armed Forces' (SAF) 1st Commando Battalion, collapsed on May 28 while he was taking part in a navigation exercise - in which commando trainees had to navigate through a two-kilometre stretch of Brunei jungle within eight hours - as part of a 21-day training exercise which includes crossing rivers and bashing through thick vegetation.
