Singapore's Economy To Grow By 4-6 Per Cent In 2011

SINGAPORE, Feb 17 (Bernama) -- Singapore expects its economy to grow by four to six per cent this year looking at the continuing strong recovery of the global economy.
The Trade and Industry Ministry said Singapore's manufacturing activities were expected to expand along with the steady pace of growth in the advanced economies.
In 2010, the republic's economy expanded by 14.5 per cent, driven largely by the manufacturing sector which rebounded by 29.7 per cent, reversing the decline of 0.8 per cent in 2009. Full story
