Foreigners who blatantly flout the ruling that bars foreign-registered vehicles from buying subsidised RON95 petrol can be fined up to RM100,000 or face three years imprisonment.Deputy Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Tan Lian Hoe said the ministry would not hesitate to penalise foreigners under the Control Supply Act 1991.
