A 13 member delegation from the Singapore National Youth Council led by Minister of Youth and Sports, Teo Ser Luck worked with Ho Chi Minh City’s Youth Union and young business association on May 20.The two sides exchanged experiences in promoting youth activities, supporting young businesspeople, researching the investment environment and co-operating in information technology, drinking, retail sales, construction, transport, maritime service, and education.
