Singapore's budget airline Tiger Airways announced plans on Wednesday to hire more pilots and cabin crew as it expands in response to rising demand.The publicly-listed carrier is hiring at least 20 pilots and 60 cabin crew on top of its current team of 100 pilots and 200 cabin crew, the airline said in a statement.
