SINGAPORE: Singapore’s environment and utilities experts and Kerala government officials will share their experience in urban governance under a programme largely sponsored by the State’s Temasek Foundation.The Singapore Cooperation Council will be implementing the programme with $ 633,802 funding from the foundation and $90,656 from the Kerala Government.
