CANNES: A Tamil-language film from Singapore, the country’s first, is in Cannes this year in quest of a wider global market.‘Gurushetram - 24 Hours of Anger’ is a Singapore Film Commission presentation that turns the spotlight on a community that constitutes 7 percent of the population but had hitherto gone unrepresented in the country’s cinema.
